Bill Bailey Limboland Tour 2015

Bill Bailey Limboland Tour 2015

We received the order to create a few scenic elements for the upcoming Limboland tour. The centre piece was a flown sign shaped in Bills name. This was 3m in length and had a depth of about 0.1m. Internally it had over 140 E27 bulbs and was finished in an off white colour with red lip. Once lit up the effect was superb. From the underside of the sign hung two pieces of polycarbonate that sandwiched side emitting RGB LED and an opal rubber strip. The LED and rubber were shaped to form the word ‘Limboland’. We also supplied a ramp and platform to surround a small revolve. The ramp contained strips of RGB LED in troughs each side to highlight the sides. There is also a fullsize Victorian Lampost that was produced for Bill to lean against during one of the scenes. All of this fitted into one custom dolly that allowed the main sign to be flown straight out of its transit position.
